OCR: Search Menu Help The search submenu is selected by pressing <CTRL-S> from the main menu. This submenu allows you to find a specified piece of text or will replace one occurrence of text with another. The search functions are as follows; <F>ind - This menu item will prompt you to enter text to be found within the message. < F>ind will search for the matching text from the current cursor position through the end of the message. Once the <F>ind function is selected once, the functions Find<A>gain and Quick Find (CTRL-D) can be used to find additional occurrences of the same string of text. Find<A>gain - Will look for an additional match for the text entered through the <F>ind menu item. This function will begin its search at the next word following the cursor through the end of the message. <R>eplace - Will perform a search for a piece of text and replace it with another . You will be prompted to enter both the text to look for (old text) and the text to replace it with (new text). When the old test is found, the text will be highlighted in the message body and you will be prompted to either replace the old text with the new, don't replace the old text, or to quit the operation all together. The replace process begins from the current cursor position and will continue until no more matches are found. Re<p>laceAll - Just like the <R>eplace function only you are not prompted at each occurrence of the search text, every occurrence of the old text is replaced with the new automatically.
